Biography :

Within Temptation - a musical group based in Utrecht, the Netherlands, in 1996, guitarist Robert Vesterholtom and vocalist Sharon den Adel. Music is often described as symphonic metal or gothic metal, although in an interview with Sharon expressed that they see themselves as a group, which plays symphonic rock, and have no relationship to the Gothic.
